Choose your program, how many weeks you need and your start date in Book Now. You will see the complete price before you enter any payment details, and your place is only confirmed once payment is approved.

No. In-person programs can be booked with a deposit, and the balance is due before your program start date. Online packages and single classes are paid in full when you book, because the teacher time is committed immediately.

Four to six weeks is comfortable, and peak season — December to mid-January, and Holy Week — fills much earlier. If you are flexible we can often place you sooner.

Classes are one-on-one and in person at the school, a short walk from the central park in Antigua. We can also arrange a neutral meeting point or an outdoor class on request.

Classes run Monday to Friday in the morning or afternoon. Most students take two to six hours a day and use the rest of the day to explore, and we will plan your timetable around the things you actually want to do.

Accommodation is optional and booked separately with a local host family, so you can choose the room and the level of privacy that suit you.

Yes. We arrange private transfers from Guatemala City’s La Aurora airport, met and greeted on arrival and returned to the airport on departure. The price is confirmed with you before payment.

Live one-on-one video classes on a schedule that suits your time zone, with material built around your goals. Packages are valid for a set number of days from your first class, so you can spread them over weeks.

Yes. Returning students pay a lower hourly rate for single hours. Mention it in the booking form and the rate is applied automatically.

Give us as much notice as you can and we will reschedule. Unused hours from a package remain available until the package expires.

Full tuition is refundable up to 14 days before your start date, less services already provided. Inside 14 days, tuition is transferable to another start date within six months, subject to availability. The current policy is always shown on your booking summary.

The registration fee is a one-time per-person fee covering your place in the group and your schedule. It is not credited toward tuition or any other service.

Credit and debit card, or bank transfer if you prefer. A bank transfer reservation stays as pending payment until we confirm the funds, usually the same working day.

You get a reservation number and a confirmation email the moment payment is approved, and the same number is how we identify your booking. You can also pay by bank transfer if you prefer not to pay by card.
